What we are looking for:
We are looking for raiders with solid understanding of raid mechanics and a high level of proficiency in their respective roles.
Previous experience in high end raiding is nice, this is how ever not a requirement as we see each individual might bring potential to our roster.
meaning you don't need to have achieved CE to be able to join us, We prioritize skill and adaptability to ensure smooth progression through raid encounters.
A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with fellow guild members are essential qualities we look for.
Team players who can communicate effectively and contribute constructively to discussions and strategies are highly valued.
