What we expect from you ?
We seek players who understand that raiding is a commitment, understand that we are a team and that we rely on one another.
Consistency & Reliability: We expect our members to do their best to turn up to every core raid on time, and to be prepared for the boss we're progressing on. We have no time for people who miss raids frequently. Consistently turning up to raids is highly respected.
Good Communication: We highly encourage our players to speak up and voice their suggestions or give input on a fight. In addition to this, the ability to call out for an external defensive, ask for help carrying out a particular task or even general questions about the fight/strategy is something we value greatly.
A Great Attitude: Everyone is aware that some fights can be stressful and the impact of real-life can reflect in your mood at times, but we ask our members to try their utmost to keep the raiding atmosphere focused and friendly. Furthermore, we want someone who keeps character progression and development of the guild in mind at all times. A bad attitude simply brings down the rest of the team and it will not be tolerated.
Respect towards teammates is an absolute must.
We expect everyone to show respect towards one another as well as themselves. Excessive outbursts of rage will not be tolerated.
Raid time (SERVER TIME / CEST)
• Raid days: Wednesday/Saturday/Monday
• Raid timing: 19:00ST -> 22:00ST (9:00PM -> 12:00AM UAE TIME)
