Goal for Dragonflight S4 (Fated)

For Fated our goal is to be able to clear every Fated raid in 1 raid day each week and get everyone Fated CE this way and also all the Mounts etc. We might stop/break at some point if people don´t feel like playing anymore but we are definitely only playing this tier for fun!


Recruitment

At the moment we are looking for a Mistwaver or Windwalker (Monk Buff) and a Ret or Holy Pala. We don´t want to recruit too many people as we have some players just not raiding in Fated ut coming back for TWW.

Any exceptional players who feel they can compliment our raid quality are encouraged to apply regardless of class recruitment status though.
We are happy to use the cross realm / faction addition.


Background

Miami was formed in Castle Nathria by a bunch of memers and god gamers.
They did get CE without me (Pinki - Raid Lead) but recruited me shortly after to carry them all.

During Sanctum we killed some bosses fairly quicky with half the raid not knowing how bosses even looked until we reached them ("Oh wow, the second boss is actually an Eye?!"). After not having much fun with the bosses and shards, we stopped raiding after we pulled Sylvanas Mythic like 5 times.
Pretty much everyone stopped playing and we ceised operations.

Mid Sepulcher, some of us started raiding Normal and Heroic as a group and we killed bosses quickly with low ilvl and some people not having any set pieces.

For Dragonflight we came back as a team with some friends of friends filling the last spots and are raiding ever since!


What is important to us?

- Know your shit
- Willing to play different specs (dps) if needed at an equally high lvl
- Past Mythic raiding experience
- Ability to speak and understand English (don´t worry about mistakes or accent)
- Able to receive constructive criticism and act upon it
- be fucking reliable
