About Us
We’re a semi-competitive guild newly founded by a core of motivated players who are used to play together. And start progression in mythic and building for Shadowlands

Objective
Our objective is to progress through Mythic raiding in a positive atmosphere. Not wanting to compromise on nights out, we believe that with the right setup and surrounded by like-minded players, we can achieve Cutting Edge

What we’re looking for
Respect & Team Play
We’re dedicated to build a guild where everybody is skilled and willing. Trust other players to do the right thing, and aim to do so yourself. We’re all in this together.

Growth oriented
Motivation is key. We want everybody to perform, but you do not have to from day 1. Always aim to learn and enhance your gameplay. Be open to criticism and perform careful analysis of your own gameplay and mistakes.

Preparation
We’re looking for players who can deliver maximum performance with very little time to spend. You will need to know the strats and have your consumables ready by raid time. We don’t want players that need 15 tries to understand basic boss mechanics.

Attendance
Flexible but with a base of at least 90% on three days, to maintain pace.


What we can offer you
Your spot as on raider/trial based purely on performance
If you’re performing well you’re raiding, if not you’re benched, simple as that. We also plan on holding votes for officers every tier so everyone can be involved in the progress and the guild management.

Relevant recruitment
We won’t recruit you without being sure that you deserve to be part of the roster and match the guild’s skill and mindset. If we think that some players are falling behind or slacking too much we will remove them from the roster to ensure that the whole raid doesn’t feel weighted by players that don’t have their place anymore.

We are interested in recruiting people that fit the guild’s mindset to keep it consistent and fun. keep pushing keys improve your char to maximum and help each other out


Recruitment
Typically you will be on trial for a period of at least two weeks that may be extended based on consistency of your performance.
