<Saving Grace> is a guild on Twisting Nether EU. The guild was founded by a group of people who had previously raided at high end and wanted something more chilled environment.

Over time, the guild has promoted from within, and built a strong leadership team who has pushed the guild forward consistently.

Our aim is to clear Mythic content in a timely manner while sticking to a less hardcore raid schedule. This primarily means respecting everyone else's time, and making the most of the 6.5 hours of raid time we have in a week.

Our general goal for World Ranking is 300-500

Raiding Schedule:

Monday 20:00* - 23:15
Thursday 20:00* - 23:15

*During the first 2 weeks of a new tier, we will begin the scheduled raids at 19:00, starting an hour earlier instead of adding extra mandatory raid days
-We may extend the raid by up to 15 minutes if we feel a kill is close
-Raiders are expected to attend these raids on a close to 100% basis
-You are expected to show up 10-15 minutes prior - we want to PULL the boss at 20:00

What do we expect of you?

- Complete knowledge of your class (the ability to play all of your specs)
- Communicate in English, both in game and during raids (This includes owning a working microphone)
- Strong progression mind-set (Be able to stay competitive in your role without sacrificing boss mechanics)
- Self-critical raiding attitude
- The ability to take constructive criticism from others and grow from it
- Respect towards the guild and its leadership/players

What can you expect from us?

- An active discord containing class and raid resources, tactic discussion, and any "need to know" tips for classes or boss fights
- Strong, logical leadership decisions which benefit the long term plan for the guild
- A chill but concentrated raiding environment
- Replacement of players who consistently hold back the guild
- Optional Alt runs

Loot System:

Loot will be given in accordance to what is most fitting for the guild as a whole. The loot council will take into consideration attendance, performance and size of upgrade.

Recruitment Status:

Regarding recruitment, you will need to provide a decent selection of good logs on various encounters. It is also beneficial if you have good Mythic+ experience, and we may give a player with less raid experience a shot if they have this.

We are always recruiting, and we do not recruit for the bench. If you feel that you can outperform our current raiders then you are encouraged to apply.

In any case, if we feel that you are an exceptional player or show promising potential, we will likely take you onboard.
