Strife is a 10-man raiding guild who raids late at night.

Discipline/Holy Priest - High priority
Warrior - Arms/Fury - Medium priority

We only raid 9 hours a week, which means that slacking is not really an option while we are progressing. We have invites at 23:55, means we start clearing trash at most 5 minutes after. Even when we're killing farm bosses we keep it as clean and fast as possible, cause also farming takes a lot of time, and in order to keep some time to progress new heroic encounters we have to focus the entire 9 hours we have.
We will always accept that real-life issues are more important than WoW. No one will be punished for occasionally having other obligations that interfere with their participation. It goes without saying that we still require our members to be consequent and join the majority of the raids.

Thursday Night 23:55-03:00
Sunday Night(Optional) 23:55-03:00
Monday Night 23:55-03:00
(Sunday nights are pure optional, not attending won't have any consequences)
What do we except from you:
*We expect that you can play your class close to perfection
*We expect that you are okay with wiping on encounters without losing your focus
*We expect that you can talk on Teamspeak whenever this is necessary
What can you expect from Strife:
*A guild under management with experience, both as leaders as in progression (Officers are in Strife with their alts or have been in top 100 guilds in previous patches/expansions)
*Clearing (most) of the content pre-nerf.
*A stable guild, Strife has been going on for a while now, has been through a lot and won't just disband.
*Except from focused raiding also have a laugh once in a while
*A raidleader who doesn't rage (often)!
