“Team is Happy” Guild

We are not raiding anymore! Thank you everyone that has been part of the guild
Welcome to <Team is Happy>, we're a friendly and competitive team that was formed at the start of Battle for Azeroth, and so far we have completed Cutting Edge in all four tiers, and we're now continuing this in Shadowlands. The primary goal of this guild is to have fun and be competitive while getting cutting edges and gear for everyone, following that, we’ll gather as many tier mounts as possible during each tier.

Raiding schedule:

In terms of raiding times, we’re raiding 2 days a week:
Wednesday 19:50 - 23:00 (optional heroic)
Thursday 19:50 - 23:00
Sunday 19:50 - 23:00

You have to be ready in front of the raid entrance at 19:50, as we pull the boss at no later than 20:00.

After the release of a new tier, raiding on wednesday will be mandatory until we’ve done the first heroic week, and the following two mythic weeks. Individual exceptions can be made if real life gets in the way.
Once we see fit, and we have the gear, we’ll extend our lockout to get valuable experience on later bosses, so reclears can happen sooner, and faster.

What is expected of you:

Attendance: You are required to have at least 90% attendance. We need to have a good idea of who is going to show up.

Self-Motivation: You should be able to play your character at a very competitive level. This requires you to stay up to date, and be as min-maxed as possible, all the time.

Strong Teamwork: During progression, we must be focused on achieving the best performance possible, this means working together as a team to get the most out of not just yourself, but the entire team as a whole.

Be prepared to pull: Before we pull any new boss, you should be as ready as you can be, by watching various videos and fight descriptions where available. We don’t wanna waste time because you didn’t put the time in.

Attitude: You need to have the right mindset and thick skin, you should be able to accept when you make mistakes and own up to them, instead of not saying anything and wasting other players’ time by having to find the mistake in the logs. Take constructive criticism where necessary.

Be vocal and reliable: Have a working microphone that doesn’t sound like you’re on the literal moon, you should not be afraid to speak up and say what’s on your mind. Have an internet connection that is reliable.
