<The Cookout> (previously Set Sail for Fail) is a casual progression based raiding guild. We’ve been raiding as a group for a very long time, and we strive to provide the most easy going raid environment possible while working as a team to progress in endgame content. Currently we need some progression minded raiders on a limited schedule who enjoy an relaxed yet focused atmosphere. We have fun and we kill bosses. Just looking to get a few more DPS and/or Healers to get to the point where we can dabble in Mythic a little each tier once we clear Heroic.

Schedule
Tues and Thurs 7:15pm - 9:30pm server time (PST).
Yes it’s 4 1/2 hours. Yes that’s not a lot of time. We do our best to get the most out of it and expect everyone to carry their own weight.

Attendance is key. There are other people involved. Flex mode isn't an excuse to skip. You need to be able to consistently attend raids. Consistency is fundamental to putting content on farm.

This, of course, is excepting emergencies, surprises and important family activities. Basically, you won’t be penalized if the cup holder on your computer sucks in and you spill Baja Blast™ all on your circuit boards... or something like that.

Requirements
We don’t require much from raiders, but the things we do require are important.

1. Attendance. I know I’ve gone over this but it is the single most important part of raiding. You can’t learn difficult boss strats if you’re not present.
2. Be raid prepared. Consumables, enchants, gems, fully upgraded gear. You know the deal. Don't bank on Cauldrons and Feasts.
3. Knowledge of your class, an open mind to constructive criticism, and the desire to improve at all times.
4. DeadlyBossMods or equivalent. Duh.

Greedy loot hogs and armies of one need not apply.

If this sounds like a good fit for you let us know.
