Standard Deviation's focus is raiding end-game content. We expect each other to each be prepared for his or her role, and to bring all their attention to the raid at hand. In return, we will deliver the best and most productive raiding experience we can. We will continue to push the boundaries at every opportunity, and every member helps to hold that line.

Raid Days Times
25man Tue/Thu 5-8pm
10man Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun 5-8pm

Invites: 4:45pm, Pulling at 5:00pm and ending the raid at 8:00pm all raid times PST server.

Times are also for Cataclysm raids when content is available for play.

What you can expect from us:
We are a guild of adults, adults with real life responsibilities, and as a guild we have a zero tolerance policy for anything disruptive to our set of goals.
You will also see a firm and logical approach to raiding and content progression, that has a singular focus on efficiency and maximum performance.

Our Target Applicant:
A focused, dedicated raider that understands the big picture. Someone who has had experience with end game raiding content either from PreBC, BC and Wrath. If you are looking for a new experience with adults, a guarantee of minimized drama, and a desire to progress fairly and effectively, then you fit. Newer players are also welcome to apply but must understand and know how to use your class/spec.

By applying, you are committing to 25 man content, and at least 1 10 man run per week. Please do not apply if you desire to raid less than this.

Gear is flexible. We are open to gearing, and understand that previous accessibility to gear is not the same for players and guilds. That being said, be knowledgeable about your class, and please show by an armory profile that you have made intelligent gearing decisions within your limits of content.


Openings:
Please apply to the toon you enjoy most in the game. We are focused, but we are not here to dictate class and play style. Your enjoyment on a nightly basis playing a character will maximize your desire to succeed.
