“Incite” Guild

Summary
After the trials Cataclysm presented, Incite (25), Bleeding Hollow Alliance, is looking to complete our 2x core 10m raid rosters in Mists of Pandaria. Our 2x 10m raid teams are neither designed or built with the intention of either being superior or inferior to each other. We do not have an "Alt run", and each raid team progresses on its own merit with its team completely separate from the other. We also offer organized arena PVP and organized 5-man and scenario runs, all of which is conducted in a tight-knit, relaxed environment.

Our Mission Statement
"We are a guild founded on three principles; enjoying the game we all pay for, playing said game with like-minded people whose company we enjoy, and achieving our collective content goals by being the best players we can be."

Background Information
For over two years, Incite has held ourselves to a higher standard when it comes to community and culture. Whereas other raiding guilds may have attendance requirements and burdensome raid schedules, our raiders show up twice a week because they want to, not because they would lose their raid spot otherwise. We consider ourselves a family; not a business or a professional sports team like many other raiding guilds do.

This isn't to say we aren't exceptional at what we do - our guild is proud to claim many of its members are former U.S. Top 100 players and have raided competitively at every stage of the game, from Classic through Cataclysm. We all simply tired of having to deal with the constant pressure of 3-5 night, 16+ hour raiding schedules, have matured to the point where external responsibilities take priority, and have decided to play the game according to our own rules, without sacrificing fun OR progression.

Raiding Specifics
As a guild whose main focus is primarily on endgame PVE content, we have set standards which anyone wishing to participate must meet and adhere to. We may not aspire to be server first, but we still require those interested in raiding put forth the requisite amount of time and effort into their characters in order to be successful. These standards have served us well in our lifetime, leading us to being 12/12 T10 in Wrath, and 11/12 T11, 7/7 T12, and 4/8 Heroic T13, all on a two-day, 5-6 hour/week schedule, before we decided to stop raiding in a pre-expansion break. We are currently MV 4/6 with our 10m group.

Our raid days for both of our groups are Tues and Wed between 8:00 and 11:00 pm EST (Bleeding Hollow is an EST server). We are mainly focusing on finding people with the right mindset who can contribute to a transition that will catapult our guild to new heights.

All the Rest
Non-raiders, "casuals," and roleplayers are welcome (Bleeding Hollow is not an RP server, but we don't frown on it, either). At the end of the day, we just want to play the game with friendly people who share our view of life, the game, and its place in the lives of its players.

For members who choose not to participate in our scheduled raids or PVP functions (either due to choice or lack of availability), Incite offers the following:

• Regularly scheduled old content runs for achievements, mounts, titles, and transmogrification gear (this includes the most recent previous tier)
• A helpful membership with which to do 5-mans, scenarios, pet battles and random battlegrounds with
• Liberal access to guild materials and professions (by request and availability only)
• An established, stable guild with experienced leadership in all aspects of the game stemming from Classic WoW
• 50% discounts off our regular AH prices for any BoEs from progression raid instances
• Occasional scheduled contests and raffles for prizes both in-game and out (game time, in-game gold raffles, mounts, expansion packs, pets, and more)
• A stress- and drama-free environment in which you can play as much or as little as you like
