Who we are
We are a group of friends that transferred over to Bleeding Hollow at the beginning of 2010. Most of us have been playing since Vanilla, and have various high-end raiding experience from BC and WoTLK. We have seen what strong leadership can achieve, and what weak or corrupted leadership can destroy. We have learned a lot in our time, and feel that with the new expansion, we would like to build a new team that is solid and unparalleled.

Beyond WoW, we are all 18+ and mostly college students. Some of us are real life friends and have gone to school together. We play other games such as all of the DoTA-style games, Starcraft/Warcraft/Diablo, etc.

What we offer
-A strong and fair leadership that has the knowledge and experience of top 25-man and 10-man raiding as well as guild ethics.

-A loot council that is fair and unbiased. Loot is distributed based on need, attendance, and equal distribution.

-A stable schedule, and a team that comes to raids prepared for progression.

-Activity, plain and simple. We all have multiple alts and play the game beyond raid times.

-While competition and progression drives us in raids, we still maintain a fun and laid back atmosphere.

-What can be provided for raids will be provided by the guild bank when possible.

-Last but not least, we offer success. We will do everything in our power to help the entire team succeed. We've all had our time on the top, and we want more.

What we expect
-Experience. We are not looking to carry dead weight. If you are interested in applying, then we will look extensively into your past raid experience.

-Dedication to improvement. If you can improve something then do so, be it crafting gear or changing professions to min/max. Improve your UI, research your class, etc.

-Have listening skills and competence. Don't be in another world when we are discussing strategy before a boss, and don't stand in the fire.

-Maintain a near perfect raid attendance. Stuff comes up and things happen. We understand that. Beyond that, show up on time and prepared. We only want as many raiders as we need.

-Have a stable connection and a decent computer that won't hurt your performance. Have a working mic and the ability to use it.

-Understand your class and role. Many of us re-rolled for Cataclysm. This happens, and we adapted quickly and successfully. We expect you to be able to do the same. The classes will be changing a lot as class balancing patches hit. Read up on it ahead of time and be ready to adapt.

-Mesh well with the guild. If you do not fit in with the guild, then we will find someone who does. Be personable and have fun. We are mostly going to keep the guild to 18+, but we understand that maturity is not defined by your birth date. We will always make exceptions for extraordinary applicants.
