Early Rising is a 10man MORNING raiding guild.
I am looking for raiders. Plain and simple. Like minded individuals for a common goal. People whom min/max their characters with ever new piece of gear acquired. People who come prepared with the knowledge of each encounter to push progression.
I am not here to hold hands and my expectations are high, I am looking for individuals who can bring their A game and push that standard higher. Item level means nothing to me, if you are the type of person that raids to their fullest potential, I want to talk to you!

Early Rising of Cho'gall was created about 2 weeks ago. We came from a 25man guild known as Why Tempt Fate of Cho'gall. We decided to create this 10man to push progression with known raiders who show their "A" games and maintain high attendance.
*Recruitment is open for anyone with excellent raid awareness, min/maxing your characters potential, attendance and execution.
Recruitment Needs:
Tanks:*Being very specific*
● Protection Paladin
● Protection Warrior
Healers:
● Restoration Druid
● Mistweaver Monk
●
DPS:
● Elemental Shaman
● Warlock
● Rogue
Basic Expectations of You:
● Be geared well enough to step into the content we are progressing on and clearing. We aren't interested in gearing alts or catching you up after you decided to take a break from the game.
● Be able to provide logs to justify your performance.
● Maintain almost 100% life-time raid attendance.
● Give 110% each raid day.
● If you make a mistake in the raid, admit to it and do not make the same mistake again.
What to expect from Early Rising:
● Efficient raiding environment.
● Strong and experienced guild leadership.
● Loot council is used for loot distribution.
● Free flasks, feasts, and repairs.
● Honest evaluation of your performance and blunt criticism.
Raiding Schedule:
All times are CST, which is also the Cho'gall server time.
● Monday: 8:30am - 11:30am
● Wednesday: 8:30am - 11:30am
● Thursday: 8:30am - 11:30am
● Friday: 8:30am - 11:30am
*****May raid until noon, if a kill is imminent*****
