About Us
We’re a late-night, semi-hardcore, social progression guild that puts life first. We are a team who has fun while raiding but are also passionate about pushing progression and having our team be the best we can be. Mythic is our goal. Raiding is a commitment and our time is valuable, so we ask team members to hold their commitments to each other: come prepared, work together, and to pull your own weight so we can progression to and through mythic content when available.

Support You’ll Get
Our officers and raid leaders have extensive experience developing raiders and are there to support in return for commitment to the team. Our ranks are filled with experienced members and theory-crafters on hand that are more than happy to help with class conversation and questions. We ask in return that members research their class, stay current, remain open to new approaches, and interact in a willing and collaborative spirit that pushes a team-oriented mindset.

Communication During Raid
During raid, outside of our break time, we prefer minimal chatter that allows members to focus and hear call outs and various directions that are important to the fight. We aim not to call out individual members directly unless there is a repetitive behaviour that goes unaddressed or unresolved. Interested members who have raided before understand that there is urgency and frustration that can come up during raid sessions. We work to keep this frustration to minimum and communicate in an assertive and respectful manner. When directions are not followed, conversation can be tense and pointed to get the require attention for individuals not following directions. As a progression guild with mythic in mind, we need members to be able to handle upfront communication approaches with a highlight to individual accountability from our raid leaders before applying. Respect is at the forefront of our approach. There is no minimum age requirement, but maturity and the ability to mesh with the team is a must-have.

Guild Culture [In and Out of Raid]
We have never really followed the guidelines to be a “pure” raiding guild. While it is one of our primary concerns, our mostly family friendly atmosphere allows for a wide range of players to hang out and have fun while taking down bosses and progressing on par to release of content. Our aim is, as said before, to full clear Heroic content and work towards mythic progression. With that goal in mind, we run various other events as well. We run older content, mythic dungeons, and more to keep everyone at pace with the raiders who ventured into current raids. We also do other fun events like reputation farming, treasure hunts, races, guild drives, and holiday events for those who are not into the raiding scene. In the end, our main concern is that real life comes first, and that when you are in game, you are enjoying your time there and having fun.
