About us:
Common Affliction is made up of working professionals and full-time students that have limited play time. We are not a hard-core progression guild but we use what time we have in game to have fun and get as much content cleared as we can.
We have recently undergone a change in management and are getting back to our normal raid schedule. Common Affliction currently raids Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 pm until 11 pm EST. Invites start at 7:45 pm and raids can run up to 15 minutes past end time if close to a new kill. We also have at least one 10-man group running on off-nights and several dungeon groups running each evening.
Loot is distributed via loot council.
To those interested in applying:
We are looking for individuals who enjoy raiding and the game as a whole. The ideal applicant wants progression and reflects this desire with proper raid preparation, including consumables, skill rotations, knowledge of encounters, raid mechanics, and the ability to execute. Our ideal applicant also accepts constructive criticism, learns from mistakes, and plays and raids as a member of the team, including a willingness to re-spec as needed and to step out for another raider if an encounter demands a particular raid composition.
