The Way was founded by and for adult players with a desire to raid
on a proficiency level normally reserved for hardcore guilds, but
who lack the time that it takes to participate in a truly hardcore
5+days per week raiding schedule due to the constraints that come
with living in a real world with family, jobs, and other
responsibilities.
The Way demands a specific type of player who is dedicated to mastery of their chosen class. A person who has a burning desire to achieve the most success they can, yet realizes that at the end of the raid night, the person they are is not their WoW character, but a man or woman with character.
The Way schedules 2-3 raid days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and occasionally Sunday) at 8:30pm server time (CST). We have found that this schedule leaves ample time for most people to get home from work, get dinner, and get settled into game without a huge rush or sacrificing major real life responsibilities. We try to wrap up by 11:30 pm CST.
