About Us
<Ischemia> is a semi-hardcore progression guild on Frostmourne returning for Shadowlands. Our recruitment is currently open and we are looking for qualified individuals to join our core raid team. We're a group players with previous Mythic raid achievements and CEs, but now mostly wanting to kills bosses without giving up 20 hours. Even though we are primarily a raiding guild, we are also a community of players that frequently play other games beside WoW. Outside of raid, we also do alt runs, M+, and more social activities.
Expectations
Attitude
A good attitude is a necessity in all levels of raiding and it's no different with us. We enjoy banter and there is a lot; however when progression starts we expect everyone to be able to step up. We don't recruit for the bench and we don't accept raiders that give up after a handful of pulls. If your attitude and dedication won't contribute to our progression goals this team isn't for you. In the end, we expect to spend a lot of time together and we prioritise a functional team that can have fun and be resilient during difficult encounters.
Attendance
Raiders are expected to arrive before raid starts and be fully prepared. We will provide flasks. You should have your own food, enchants, gems, and runes. Trials and raiders are expected to have an attendance rate of at least 80%. Being a 2 night a week guild, efficiency and respect to the whole team is a big part of our ethos. We totally understand some nights will not always work or things will come up, but if it becomes a consistent issue it may affect the loot you receive or even your spot as a raider.
Raid Times
Listed below are our raid times. We do have optional optional runs that are TBC. We won't go in OT or add extra required days. Our Mythic progression team will stay a strictly 2 nights a week team. All times below are AEST.
Wednesday: 8:00PM – 11:00PM AEST
Thursday: 8:00PM – 11:00PM AEST
Performance
Despite labelling ourselves as casual, we like to take ourselves way too serious and expect that you can play your class at a high level. All raiders should come preparedk, knowing the encounters, being prepared to adapt to mechanics, and adhering to decisions made from the raid leadership. We expect you to be able to take constructive criticism inside and outside of raid and learn from mistakes made. Continuing to fail mechanics, repeating mistakes, or not pulling your weight and or improving not improve upon it you will not be played.

We use RCLootCouncil. Distribution is based on several factors such as performance, attitude, class/role, previous loot received, and attendance. Having said that, we hope everyone will understand that our priority is boss > loot.
