Who is Coalition?

We're a raiding guild focused on 10 man normal modes. When 5.2 hit we were working on Empress and we plan to continue on into TES and ToT during this patch. We recently lost a few raiders to changing situations outside of the game so we're looking for new blood to fill out our roster.
What are you looking for?

Our primary need is for 1-2 DPS but we'll consider anyone who seems like a good fit. Several of our members are willing to fill multiple roles thanks to dual spec so we have a fair degree of flexibility. Main spec's we are looking for are Shaman DPS with OS heals, Mage DPS or Monk DPS with OS tank or heals.
When do you raid?

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00 - 9:30 server time (Central time).

Why should I join?

For us a successful raid isn't about bosses or loot, it's about hanging out with some friends and having fun. We also don't want to waste each others time by screwing around for hours and not accomplishing anything. We work hard for our progression but we keep things relaxed and we want everyone to have a good time. We don't yell and curse people out, but we also expect people to put forth a solid effort and give it their best shot. It requires a balanced mentality to raiding and that's important to us.
