About SYNTHESIS
SYNTHESIS is designated to the horde on its home server Hakkar-US; however, SYNTHESIS also welcomes players from servers Daggerspine-US, Aegwynn-US, Bonechewer-US, and Gurubashi-US.
SYNTHESIS is a Progressing guild looking to push through Mythic raiding. Currently 2/9 Heroic from the most recent raid Antorus, The Burning Throne. We push to be better as raids first come out and to be more prepared as they are released.
Recruitment
We are an open guild and we accept almost everyone. The main thing that we ask as a guild is to be active and appropriate. We do remove people that have not been active for extending periods of time.
Requirement
As explained previously, one of the main things we ask is for you to be active. however, if you are looking to be part of our progression, some other things will need to fall in to place that we request.
1. Criticism- Meaning if we see areas for you to improve, don't be offended when we tell you about them. We know we are not the best, but we strive to be.
2. Self Improvement- Don't rely on raid to gear up. All of our main raiders take time outside of progression days to pug groups for bosses we haven't done. Same with Mythic plus's.
3. Voice- We use discord as our way of communication for almost everything. IT IS REQUIRED for you to have that an be in the channel when progressing. This helps up bring up issues on the spot.
As a side note, we have a lot of players that participate in other games such as League of Legends, Overwatch, Final Fantasy and many more!
