Current Needs: While 6.0 and Warlords of Draenor are a while off, we have opened recruiting now to find suitable raiders for our new 20-Man Mythic team.
About Us:
We are a guild that is comprised of a core that began raided together since the end of WoTLK, and have re-formed as a late-night raid guild focused on 10-Man progression.
Our intent is to find like-minded individuals that have limited time to raid, and intend to maximize our in-game time to raid at a high level and see heroic progression. Please note, that we intend to recruit only those who really fit our mindset, and goals. We will not have a bunch of random casual members, we will not have multiple raid teams. This guild will be a tight-knit group that can pull together and experience a high level of success. As such, we are not recruiting for bench slots, but for long-term core positions.
We are a very mature and serious minded guild. Every raider here and every trial must meet a certain maturity and seriousness requirement. We demand your full attention to discussion via forums, and outside raid time boss discussion is demanded of everyone.
We will very rarely raid beyond our raid schedules required raiding times. We pride ourselves on getting things done efficiently and within the allotted time allowed to us per raid week. We are at our core a 7 hour a week raid team.
Expectations:
We are looking for the type of player that is capable of playing at a very high level. While we would prefer those who have had heroic experience in the past, we understand that there are players out there who have never had the luxury of a guild to see serious progression. We are looking for those who believe they can show us their worth and perform at a top level.
Also, you must able to master your time management. Min/Maxing is required to raid at the top, and knowing when to swap a talent or glyph depending on the fights is crucial. Being able to understand your class mechanics inside and out to adapt to each fight is imperative and absolutely required.
Preparation doesn't stop at coming fully repaired and flasked. We are asking for those that understand how to communicate on forums, delve into World of Logs to fully understand boss encounters, and do as much off night personal testing as possible to maximize raid performance.
