Extremely casual guild. Our guild leader is 65 years old, very
cranky and loves to give long winded speeches before every new
encounter (spoiler no one listens).
Since we only raid 3 hours a week, the mistake policy is as follows:
1st offence - Called out and ridiculed.
2nd offence - Pay for everyone's repair.
3rd offence - Kicked from the raid for the week.
Should you come back the following week and make another mistake you will be removed from the raid team for 3 weeks.
All e-girls are welcome, none of these rules apply to you.
