WHY: Because all of us are old and could only negotiate these hours with our spouses
HOW: Research, preparation and dedication

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have one required raid night per week for a total of four hours. We will not add an additional night of mandatory raiding. We already get **** from our spouses about playing too much...no need to add to the pain.
Our best tiers are those when we beat the hardest boss of them all - the roster boss! To optimize our effort, it is absolutely essential that people have high raid attendance - we are very efficient and can fit quite a bit into a single evening - so, we can't stress enough how one or two people showing up inconsistently on our main raid can absolutely nuke our progression. As such, we require a 90-percent raid attendance and folks showing ready for first pull at 9:00PM server sharp. We do, of course, understand family and work commitments that crop up. That's fine. Life happens.
<NICE TRY> has been raiding together since Legion, and many of us together before that. With only one night a week of raiding we made the following raid progression:
Amirdrassil: 7/9H, progressing AOTC currently
Aberrus: 3/9M, AOTC (5 weeks)
Vault of the Incarnates: 4/8M, AOTC (7 weeks)
Sepulcher: 2/10M, AOTC (12 weeks)
Sanctum: 3/10M, AOTC (9 weeks)
Nathria: 6/10M, AOTC (8 weeks)
Ny'alotha: 5/12M, AOTC (6 weeks)
Eternal Palace: 3/8M, AOTC (6 weeks)
Dazar'alore: 2/9M, AOTC (9 weeks)
Uldir: 2/8M, AOTC (7 weeks)
Antorus: 3/11M, AOTC
Tomb of Sargeras: 1/9M, AOTC
Nighthold: 3/10M, AOTC
If you have been away from the game and are looking to come back, want to hop aboard a new guild for Dragonflight, or are psyched to join a guild looking to nail AOTC early each tier - with solid Mythic progression mixed in, give us a shout!
