“Pause” Guild

Pause is a brand new high-end raiding guild on Illidan. Our guild consists of players that come from a top 50 US background, but simply can't make the time commitment they once could.

Raid Days and Times:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00-2:00 EST

Our guild environment is quite unique in that we are not advocates of censoring ourselves while raiding. There will be jokes, from various pools, throughout the night. If you are someone who does not enjoy joking, or poking fun at each other, this is probably not the place for you. Fitting in with our guild is something we value greatly.
Requirements:

Timeliness. We do not want people who are going to stroll in 10 minutes late every raid day. It's not conducive to a healthy environment, and will result in a failed trial or demotion if it becomes too much of an issue.

Attitude. If you're someone who has a massive ego, or someone who does not take criticism well - this is not the place for you. Please realize this is not a middle-school playground, there is no room for tantrums or childish behavior.

Willingness to participate. This covers all facets of the meaning. When it comes to discussion at any point during raid, or outside of raid, have something to say. Your opinion is invaluable to our success. Speak up and voice it.

Attendance. This is absolutely key to success in a progression raid environment. We ask you to keep this as high as humanly possible. Real life situations are bound to happen - we get it.

The ability to listen, and comprehend strategy. If you are someone who, for whatever reason, does not enjoy listening to other people... this is not the place for you. Please understand we raid on a very light schedule, so it is absolutely critical that you understand how mechanics work in as few pulls as possible.
