“We Have Jobs” Guild

We are mostly former Top US 10 and 20 players who no longer have the time nor the desire to raid 4+ days. While we have no intention of pushing Top 10 and 20 anymore we do take the 8 hours of raiding we do seriously. Considering the fact we raid such a light schedule we are looking for raiders who actually know how to comb their logs to improve. We're not looking for the raider who selfishly plays, pads, or pops a personal after the damage goes out but rather people who play proactively and are quick on their feet. Our ideal raider is one who comes from the top end US scene and wants to enjoy a lighter schedule with a chill environment.

If you are the type of person who thinks they’ve mastered their class and will never look at logs or care to see what you could’ve done better, this is probably not the guild for you.

While we do like to have a very social and interactive guild at the end of the day your spot will be competitive. What does that mean? If you are playing poorly (whether mechanically or DPS/HPS/Tanking) and we see you putting in absolutely no effort after we’ve talked to you multiple times to try to find a solution it might not be the best fit for both parties and we will look for a replacement. We are a guild that firmly believes a mechanics player will always be better than someone who prioritizes their damage in progression. We love to joke and meme around but we take our 8 hours of raiding very seriously and we’d like for all of our raiders to do so as well.
