Introduction:
Seriously Casual was formed during Wrath of the Lich King with a focus on (mildly) serious Heroic content progression with a casual guild atmosphere and raid schedule. Our roster consists of two raid teams composed of professionals and students who normally don't have 20+ hours to raid per week, but are confident and proven in their skill to push Heroic end-game content at a semi-hardcore, competitive pace on a relaxed 3-day schedule. Our tactics don't involve legendary-stacking, class-stacking, or race-to-world-first gimmicks; instead we prefer to build a solid, synergistic group of passionate raiders ready to put their abilities to the test of progression encounters. If you know your class inside-and-out and can bring your "A" game, we may have a spot for you.
Sapphire Team (Progression)
Info:
Our Sapphire Team is composed of our core progression raiders. This team holds higher skill- and knowledge-based expectations of it's members, supported by a 75%+ mandatory attendance commitment and a rotating roster of 12-14 characters who may be subbed in-and-out as necessary (due to availability or unforgiving progression mechanics). Players that are part of this team should expect exceptionally quick understanding and clears of Normal-mode content, as well as strong Heroic-mode leadership and tactics- not only from their raid leader(s), but also from themselves.
Auxiliary
Info:
During lulls in progression or general downtime, you can expect to see members across both raids teams and those a part of our 'Friends and Family' rank getting together for some alt-run, PvP, and achievement- and transmog-hunting goodness. It's not all serious all the time; the majority of our player base enjoy exploring all facets of World of Warcraft, which helps keep our inner-guild community active and thriving.
