Midnight prides itself on being a mature, laid back, fun guild. You
will never find our members trolling the realm forums, or being
retarded in trade/general chat channels, We keep a low profile and
we get things done.
Midnight raids 2 days a week, this is Tues-Wed from 9pm-12am PST.
Expectations
1. 18+ years of age: <Midnight> is a mature guild, guild chat and ventrilo are often filled with inappropriate conversations/material not suitable to those that are under age.
2. Vent: Ability to get in vent and listen, talking is not required but is a big plus.
3. Know your class: Know your class, know your class, know your class. This is not the place to learn to play, you should have a deep understanding of your class and the mechanics behind it that make it tick.
4. Attendance: With our current push of recruiting we are filling our main 10man progression raid group, this means you should have as close to 100% attendance as possible, we realize that things come up and missing a night here and there is not a problem, dropping below 90% attendance over the course of 30days will most likely result in your spot being filled by someone else.
5. Performance: Every night you should be at the top of your game, I don't care if we are clearing Naxx for the 397th time and you can do the fights with your eyes closed, you should be performing at your max at all times. If you have become that bored there are people out there that will play to their fullest and you will be replaced.
6. Attentiveness: You are expected to be listening and fully attentive when assignments are given out for each encounter. You should never need to be told what to do more than once, and if you do, you're wasting our time.
7. Mistakes: Everyone makes them, Retards make the same ones twice, we aren't recruiting retards at this time.
8. Expectations: We do not owe you anything, you are here to impress us.
9. Gear: your current gear is not one of the large deciding factors of our recruiting process, but your gear choices and gems/enchants are a big part. Sure you might not have that best in slot chest, but the blue you are wearing better be enchanted and gems correctly.
