“Quixotic” Guild

Quixotic (formerly <Nefas Eternum>, ominous latin names are dated) is recruiting adult raiders for drunken raiding.

Created prior to the launch of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, the purpose of the guild was to offer a high end raid environment for players with real life commitments. We strove to push progression without raiding everyday of the week, and still maintained a mature, friendly, albeit severely psychologically damaged social environment.

These days, while we desire to push for hard content, it's become more important to us to simply enjoy the players we play with rather than focus purely on downing bosses. And drinking. That has become important as well. We will never again sacrifice our social atmosphere for the sake of downing a boss. Our progression goals are, therefore, whatever the best our group is capable of in any given tier of content.

As a social gaming community, we like to have fun while we play. Guild members display tough skin in light of the topics we discuss, some of which would make Satan curl his nose. In the end, it is all for good fun. And we laugh when we wipe on trash.

All that said, we are a raid guild. Our raids remain focused and organized. Players that do not understand how to turn off the jokes when it comes to boss encounters have no business with us.

Our raid schedule is a static schedule, not changing during new content. At times, the schedule may change to accommodate the guild populace, but will always be put to a vote.
