Incursio is a weekday morning raiding guild.
We are not hardcore in the sense of competing for server firsts or chasing rankings, however as most of our raiders are working adults we place a strong emphasis on personal responsibility. Our raiding goal for MoP is to clear the current tier prior to the next one being released.
We aim to maintain a 12 man roster to account for real life issues that may occur for our raiders. None of these are bench spots however, everyone has the same opportunity to raid and it is expected that everyone will sit out at some point.
