Sedition, is a Horde Raiding guild on the korialstrasz server.
Guild Outline
We are a raiding guild that focuses more on enjoying the raiding scene as a team, and as friends, more than anything else. We raid 3 nights a week, Tues, Wed, Thurs 530-9 server time and the occasional Monday for clean up. All "off" nights can be used to run 10 mans, PvP, etc. We encourage you to play with your guild mates as often as possible, and to participate frequently when you are able to.
What does Sedition expect from its members?
We expect that our membership come prepared and ready to raid. We do not coddle the weak. Raid spots are earned in the guild, not awarded. If you are not pulling your weight you will be replaced. This is our commitment to excellence. We understand everyone makes mistakes, we just ask you learn from them and try not to repeat them on a daily basis. We insist members treat each other with respect.
We require members use Omen Threat Meter, Deadly Boss Mods, Vent, and Group Calendar. All those wishing to raid must use these raid tools. When signing up for a raid, members are agreeing to be part of that night's team. Plans can change, but we want raiders who make a reasonable attempt to notify the officers so the raid can be successfully planned for everyone.
Recruit Requirements
The recruitment could last 30 minutes to 30 days. The guild council, will decide when you are done with your recruitment. We expect a 80% attendance during this period. You may be asked to sit during the recruitment. You are required to come to raid prepared to raid. Please come with all consumables, including but not limited to flasks, foods, and potions. Please show up for the raid 15 minutes prior to invites. All recruits are eligible to receive loot during this period.
Loot
Sedition awards all loot via loot council. We award loot based on many factors, including (but not necessarily limited to) raid attendance, level of upgrade,and previous loot received.
The goal of our loot system is to put the loot where it will best serve the guild from a raid progression standpoint, and to minimize the amount of loot that rots by removing the desirability for our members to pass on small upgrades or situational items. We place a high value on loyalty, and tend to award the best items to individuals that have proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable
