Rockjaw expects all of its Raiders to know the mechanics of content prior to encounter and how to maximize efficiency in every field their CLASS endeavor. Mentioning it twice in case you skimmed, Raiders should be able to learn from mistakes and know fights before we get to them. Materials like flasks, potions and food buffs should all be available before raid time. Wipes happen, but adapting to the given situation is imperative for achievement. Slow motion is better than no motion and progression is our recipe to be successful.

Tuesday - 5:00-8:00
Wednesday - 5:00-8:00
Sunday' - 5:00-8:00
Monday's - 5:00-8:00 Alt runs

Overtime is deeply considered within majority of the raid. If 80% of the raid wants to continue, we will continue. Off days are expected to be taken advantage of. Keystone runs, LFG or anything that promotes class growth is appreciated. In retro spec, pro activity benefits yourself as well as the entirety of the guild.

Interested in bringing Alts to raid ? NP!
Players should be able to play their alt at a respectable level. Carrying Is deeply looked down upon unless your main is a seasoned raider and has been with us for a significant time period. Our objective is to be great 100% of the time, even with Alts.

NEED
Versatile Players

Looking for players interested in utilizing their class to maximum efficiency. If you are capable of healing, tanking and DPS, the expectation is for you to be able to heal, tank and DPS on highest demand.

Exceptional Range DPS

Players Should be competent enough to understand encounters and perform like a boss. Players should also never fold under pressure. Easy right ?
