Schedule:
Two nights a week raid schedule, Sat/Sun 5:30p-8:30p server time
Scheduled M+ on off nights to push keys. Casual raiding weekdays with Alts/Casual raiders.
Needs:
Flex tank, Flex Healers, high parsing DPS.
Group Goals:
Keep a consistent raid size of 20 to 22 active players for the progression group.
We are currently 3/9H and 7/9N. We want to push hard into mythic and push M+ keys. We look to spend 6-8 hours of progression weekly. We value quality over quantity, sometimes less is more.
Attendance:
We can't progress without 100% commitment from each and every person in the raid team. Real life happens, we get it, but if you are consistently late or a no-show this is probably not going to work.
Attitude/Performance:
To me this goes hand-in-hand. We expect people to make mistakes at some point, be willing to take feedback and adapt. We can help gear you and teach you mechanics. We can't help you adjust your attitude. Being top DPS and dying 30 secs into the fight doesn't benefit anyone. Mechanics, Mechanics, Mechanics.
