“Tank on Skull” Guild

We are a new guild hoping to become a strong progression guild as BfA evolves. We have a strong core of raiders, many of which have played since Vanilla. We raid on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 8 PM Server Time (EST). We are at a point where we need to add some strong players to our core in order to progress further. There are consistently M+ runs going during the day, and we make sure that a positive culture is maintained.

Current Progression: 8/8N – 5/8H

What we expect:

Attendance
When joining our team with the intention of progressions raiding we expect everyone to show up for all raids on time, and hold at least a 90% attendance rate. If for any reason you cannot make a raid we ask that you give advance notice.

Teamwork
We expect all of our guild members to think of the group as greater than their individual needs. This applies to all aspects of the game. We work to make the collective group better at all times in an attempt to increase our chances at getting that next boss down.

Skill
Players with the ability to outperform their gear. We log all of our raids and ask that all of our raiders review the logs to try to better their parse per their ilvl.

Commitment
We strive to find a balance of progression while maintaining a sense of community and comfort. Having a mind to better yourself consistently, while being open to constructive criticism is key. All members are expected to be self-analyzing consistently.

Preparedness
We expect everyone to arrive to raids with flasks, a couple stacks of food, and potions to last the entire raid duration. Logged on 15-20 minutes before raid, ready to group up and get started right at raid time.
