“Harvesters of Sorrow” Guild

About Us:
<Harvesters of Sorrow> is a 10 Man PVE casual raiding guild on the Misha server. We also do a lot of Battlegrounds, Arenas, or just hanging out. We are a level 12 guild and have all of the normal perks guilds have including a bank with tabs, guild funded repairs, etc. We are a small, dedicated group of adult gamers currently playing World of Warcraft. Our minimum age requirement is 25. However exceptions can be made if the right application is received.

<Harvesters of Sorrow> formed from a close group of friends that used to play Battlefield 2. We started playing WOW in Dec 06 here on Misha and have been going strong ever since. We have never had to openly recruited before. It has always been word of mouth or a friend of a friend recruiting policy in the past. Due to some of our members taking a break or spending more time with their families we now have to recruit a few good men or women. <Harvesters of Sorrow> is a very close-knit group, and we are looking for a few more to join us.

Rading Focus:
10-man raiding.

Raid Times:
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays 6:30-9:00 Server Time.

Loot Distribution:
Modified Version of SK list, with a twist of loot council (Each raider makes sure the item gets the best use).

Required Add-ons:
DBM, Mumble, Raid Frames, Omen

Recruiting Needs:
We are looking for more people with similar goals. All applications will be considered.

So you want to join Harvesters of Sorrow?
Process (7-14 days):
1. Contact an officer and express your interest in joining.
2. Submit an application to the guild. "Apply to Guild" link to the left
3. Post in our welcome forums introducing yourself.
4. Within a week you will be contacted in game to run instances and/or raids. Please also contact us.
5. You will be evaluated and we will decide if you get a probationary guild invite.

During this time you are eligible for any loot. Loot distribution will be on a Need before Greed, rolled for situation. Your growth during this time is highly encouraged.

Probation Status
(30 days) You will be expected to:
1. Run instances, raids and/or premaids with the guild members and officers whenever possible.
2. Work with your class leader to optimize gear, build, and spell rotation if necessary.
3. Research your class; know everything there is to know.
4. Post and participate. Sign up for raids on the guild calendar in the Forums.
5. Must participate in vent and forums.


After 30 days in probation status you will be voted on by the guild for full membership. This can have three outcomes, invited for full membership, kicked or probation extension for 10 days.

Officers of <Harvesters of Sorrows> maintain full rights to change these rules and remove anyone from the guild at any time for a good reason.
