We are currently recruiting for all roles and all classes, with the exception of the classes/specs listed above. We are looking to stabilize our raid roster and possibly form a second 10 man team. Applicants must be 18+. The current focus is on gearing up to begin working on Heroic modes in all current raid content with the goal of having some of these encounters down before the Firelands becomes live. What we expect from a raider:

Attendance: If you sign up, show up. Real life happens, however, be courteous to your team members and let them know if you cannot attend a raid you are signed up for. No shows without explanation will not be welcome on future raids.

Preparedness: Everyone is expected to come to raids on time, repaired, in proper spec and gear, and with any necessary consumables they require. While cauldrons and feasts are provided, always have your own supplies available as a backup. All relevant addons should be up to date. If we are working on a new encounter, look over it beforehand so you are familiar with the mechanics, as you will not be able to do this during the raid unless the raid leader releases the group for a break to do so.

Attitude: We are a raid team of adults, and as such, expect our raiders to be able to deal maturely with frustration, disagreements, and constructive criticism. We expect our team members to treat each other with respect and maintain a supportive atmosphere. Outbursts, tantrums, harassment, belligerence, and rudeness are not appropriate or welcome on our team. Hate speech of any sort is not tolerated.

Skill and Awareness: Our raid team has many members who are very experienced raiders (all the way back to Vanilla) and as such, we expect raiders to be highly proficient with their chosen class and spec. Raid/situational awareness is something all our raiders must develop to be successful. If you are an inexperienced raider, please be prepared to take direction and constructive criticism from your team members. Experienced raiders are expected to display the ability to adapt to the strategies we use and be flexible during encounters.

Dantes Children is a well established guild with something for all players. We have an active 10 man raid team, players who are active in battlegrounds and arenas, and players who prefer to quest and work on professions and alts. We offer a casual atmosphere and a supportive team dynamic. Our leadership consists of a GM and multiple officers, many of whom have been a part of DC for years.
