“Initiative” Guild

The guild Initiative is an Alliance guild on the Proudmoore server looking to solidify our ranks as we progress into Castle Nathria. We offer a non-toxic environment where all are welcome. Our plans and goals for Shadowlands is to have a friendly community that works toward advancing everyone. Those plans include having two complete mythic raid teams capable of obtaining Cutting Edge in addition to M+ dungeon groups, PvP groups, and a well-rounded environment culminating into an active guild.

Guild Schedule (All times are PST / server time)

Monday – Dungeon night starting at 6:30pm we will be running m+ dungeons and do our best to get each guild member as high of a key as we possibly can.

Saturday – Optional open farm night starting at 6:30pm. We will be running an open raid night where all are welcome to join for some more relaxed farm run shenanigans.

Mthic Dungeon push teams run on nights that work best for their individual teams. Guild members looking for a team can reach out to our Mythic Plus Coordinator in game, and he will point you in the right direction.

PvP teams will also run on schedules which best work for their individual team. Guild members looking for an arena team or team for Battlegrounds can reach out to our PvP Coordinator in game.

Raid Team

Raid Team: Critical Initiative (1/10M, 9/10H)
Progression Nights – Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Current needs – Holy Paladin, DPS DK, Warlock, and Ranged DPS (ilevel 200+ preferred)

General Recruitment Needs –
Currently we are recruiting skilled DPS players as backups. Our goal is to get everyone including backups the same level of progression as the rest of the guild. Having an immunity or offspec capable of tanking or healing is a bonus, but not a requirement. We would rather bring a player who fits in with us, can communicate, and shares our drive to improvement and obtaining Cutting Edge each tier than someone who is toxic / causes drama.
