<Retirement> on Proudmoore is a weekend raiding
community designed for players who prefer a clean, short schedule
raiding environment.
We enjoy pushing endgame content while maintaining a friendly atmosphere that encourages growth as a player and team member. Guild activities include a main progression mythic raid team (Fri/Sat 6-9 PM PST), an optional progression team heroic clear (Wed 6-9 PM PST), a guest friendly AOTC raid night (Sun 3-6 PM PST), competitive M+ pushing groups, frequent goon alt M+ keys, PVP groups, and more.
Friday/Saturday Mythic Progression Raid 6-9 PM PST
⦁ Our goal is to obtain CE every tier and provide funding to the guild and raiders via sales
⦁ Loot Council. Mythic progression will be limited to 6 hours weekly, no splits, and no required alts. (the final boss pull of a night will always begin before 9 PM)
⦁ We encourage a learning friendly environment where players transitioning into endgame raiding can be part of a rotating alternate roster to gain experience
⦁ Attendance: 85% raid attendance is expected, exceptions can be made if raidleads are informed in advance to adjust roster

Underperforming alts or mains may be asked to swap/step out if we run into issues
⦁ Loot Policy
Loot is rolled off using the in game system
Priority mains (and main offspecs) > alts (a player does not need to be in the guild/realm to be considered a main)
