About the guild:
NINJA HIT SQUAD: is a Raiding Guild located on the Rexxar US server founded on March 14, 2013 by two long term friends that have been on World of Warcraft since Fall of 2004.
At rank 8 realm, raiding 4x3 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday 8-11 pm CST and Saturday, Sunday 730 to 1030 pm CST. We began Battle for Azeroth with restructuring into 2 raid groups to conquer the content of the new expansion.

Current Recruitment Specifics:
We are currently in the market for any Ranged DPS and heals.
Please note that we do not recruit for the bench and as such any opportunity offered to you is with a view to a progress spot provided you live up to our requirements.
Understand that we have strict expectations as pertains to player performance. If you are not extremely proficient with your class, with proof of this in the form of logs or other data, you need not apply.
Requirements:
We require all raiders to maintain a total of 2-4 characters at all times of which one will be your main. This is for the purpose of split raiding and optimizing the raid setup so it fits a given encounter. Additionally all Beta and PTR raid testing is mandatory for our raid leads.
Attendance: We require you to show up for every single raid during progress. Unless absence is approved by GM or those leading raids.
Socialization: We sit on Discord for the majority of the day. We expect everyone to fit in socially, this is something we put heavy emphasis on.
Communication: You will be required to have a microphone and communicate with other players during (and even outside) the raid encounter, and to be on Discord and actively participate in discussions. Communicating with people of your role/class outside of raid times is a given for us, and it's not something we'll have to ask of you.
If you believe you would be an improvement to the guild, we would like to hear from you. Your class and preferred specialization doesn't matter, we're looking for the player behind the character.
