“Bladed Rose” Guild

Bladed Rose is an end game raiding project aimed at consistently clearing & farming heroic raid tiers. We plan to achieve this quickly and efficiently by relying on extensive practice, knowledge of core gameplay and class mechanics. Outside of raid we have a dedicated group pushing mid to high keys and are looking to form more.

We are currently farming H Castle Nathria every Tuesday @ 730PM EST, starting with Sire skips. Our shadowlands Farm schedule is Tuesday's 730-10:30 Est.
We currently have farm down to a 2 hour clear Tuesday nights, with Thursday off for mythic plus and normal alt runs (soon to be normal heroic clears)
We are currently in search for more competent DPS to deepen our raiding roster. Range Preferred, but all considered.




Requirements:The guild has an expectation that everyone has some basic semblance of class mechanics (your class' utility and tool kit) and basic gameplay mechanics (i.e not standing in fire, stack, spread mechanics etc.). That aside we also require:

-200+ item level

-A "can do!" attitude

-Accountability, willingness to admit faults, and the ability to take constructive criticism

-Attendance is mandatory during main progression (exception possibly 3rd flex night), unless notified in advance of a real life commitment and of course emergencies. after progression raid attendance is

-Voice Communication

-Age of 21+ OR a mature attitude and demeanor
