“Dreamscape” Guild

Dreamscape has returned to Strormrage for Shadowlands! We will be finishing end game raiding for BFA and preparing for Shadowlands. We are looking for core raiders, casual raiders, and socially active members.

Our focus is set on pushing normal, heroic, and mythic content while building core relationships between players going into Shadowlands expansion. Selfishness, toxicity, and belittling will not be tolerated. Elitist attitudes focused on self-interests and not helping others need not apply; please scroll on as this is not the guild for you.

Guild History

The founders of Dreamscape have played World of Warcraft while it was still in beta, pre-vanilla, and formed successful heroic and mythic guilds throughout BC, WotLK, Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, Warlords of Draenor, Legion, and BFA.

Our guild success is dependent on motivation, respect, and dedication from all raiders, and in return, we provide the opportunity to clear all possible raid content.

As we prepare for Shadowlands, we will decide raiding schedules with our core raiders. Fri/Sat or Tues/Weds are the possible choices.

The core raid team will be progressing through the highest available content the group can move through. Once the group clears the content, the progression group will focus on the higher tier, and these runs will be available during the open times for all members meeting minimum requirements.

You do not need to be part of the core raiding team to be considered for the guild. Alt-characters and casual members may join the open raiding schedule as they so choose as long as minimum requirements set by the raid leader are met.

Our Goals

Build a strong foundation: World of Warcraft is centered on social interactions of players and our goal is to provide a toxic-free place to call home. We’re interested in people who login frequently and socialize to encourage building relationships, while setting personal agendas aside.

Start at the Core: The core of any guild is the members; this guild wants to focus on raiding and to bring as many people along as possible. With that said, certain requirements and expectations are required to make it fun and fair for the entire raid group.

Progression: We will wipe, a lot. We will learn from our mistakes and progress. A brand-new expansion means a fresh start for everyone. Our plan is to level up and run heroic dungeons for gear to advance into normal. Once normal is progressed through we will advance the progression group to heroic tier and then onto mythic. Progression members will be a smaller group picked from active raiders and evaluated weekly for advancement with requirements in place. 90% attendance is required to be part of the core team. Exceptions non-medical will be made with proper notice in advance.

Guild First : We’re building a family. A guild is only as strong as its weakest member, this includes attitudes and behavior from the top down. We’re all adults here and complaining about running content you don’t need is not the right attitude for this guild. The raid leader has determined the majority needs to run to advance, as a core raider you are expected to participate even if you’re beyond the raids loot table. We are a team and we’re going to down the bosses together.

Friends & Family: Bring the crew. Friends and family of members are always welcomed and will have an equal opportunity to be involved in our activities.

Alt Runs: Yes, we will do them. As we progress through content it is natural to want to level another toon for fun or to try out another spec. Alt runs will be scheduled and ran at the discretion of the raid lead.
