“Synchronous” Guild

Recruitment Needs:

-Ranged DPS: High
-Melee DPS: Med-high
-Healer: Disc Priest, other classes considered.
-Tank: Any flex tank super high need.

Upon receiving an invitation to the guild, you will undergo a trial period, in which we will decide whether or not you will receive a progression raid spot. Our trial period is 2-3 weeks and in that time we consider several factors - Performance, Situational Awareness, and Fit/Attitude/Attendance. Performance is your output (DPS/healing/threat). Situational Awareness is your ability to not take unnecessary damage and correctly execute fight mechanics. Fit/Attitude/Attendance is how well you fit in with the guild, your outlook on raiding, and your reliability in raids.

We WILL recruit for a bench if attendance becomes too much of a problem. If you cannot meet the requirements for progressing, you might find yourself having to earn your spot back. Keep a competitive mindset!


Raiding Schedule:

Tuesday: 8:00pm-11:00pm EST
Wednesday: 8:00pm-11:00pm EST

Heroic Alt Night: Fridays, 8:00pm-11:00pm EST

Raiding Expectations:

During raids, food and flasks will be provided. If you would like to contribute materials or gold, please speak with one of the officers. Potions, however, are your responsibility to bring with you to raids. We expect you will come prepared with enough potions for the whole night. If we are attempting a boss for the first time, the first few pulls will be personal food. If you ever have a question, feel free to ask an officer or raid leader!
