“Its Probably Fine” Guild

<Its Probably Fine> is a 2 night a week semi-casual raiding guild currently looking to fill out a few more spots on our mythic team. Our goal is to create a fun and engaging community that can also push content along the way.

Our team generally consists of players in their mid twenties to mid thirties and as such many of our team have careers and families. We aim to maintain a 26 man raid team so that our players can take vacations/trips/attend events and still have a solid raid team to progress with. We do require some advance notice wherever possible just so that we can make sure that the team can progress smoothly.

We do not have a formal bench either, generally we rotate our team on a per boss basis so that every one gets time on the content. Everyone sits from time to time and that includes officers and even the raid leader. We have backups for every role so that no one person is stuck in a position where they can't take the time to do what they need.

An example of how we decide who sits: When we achieve 4/10M SoD we will prioritize every player being in the raid for three of the bosses. This maximizes vaults for all players as much as possible. It is worth noting that this means we would sit players on a per boss basis and that on a farm night there will be a few swaps over the span of the night.

The core of this team has been together across a few guilds now and if this sounds like the kind of environment you would be interested in we would be happy to hear from you! We are currently looking for ranged dps, healers, and flex players.
