Performance based raiding. All core raid spots are about attendance, attitude, performance. Come to raid do your job and don't be an asshole and we should be good. Bad performers we'll seek to replace so the best stay around.
We want the best for all our raiders and are willing to help/do w/e to make their raid experience with <Sublimity> the best one possible :)
