“Needs a Nap” Guild

Who we are:

Needs a Nap is a two-day progression guild focused on achieving Cutting Edge every tier. Formed this tier through a merger of Needs Improvement (8/10M CN) and Nap Time (9/10M CN), we are looking for dedicated players who want to improve their gameplay and have fun while doing it.

Raid Times (PST): W/TH 8:00PM – 11:00PM




If you feel we would be a good fit, we encourage you to apply even if your class is not listed. We are looking for dedicated raiders with the same mindset.

Requirements:

Mythic CN Experience, 225+ ilvl

What we’re like:

We are a very community driven and welcoming group of friends, who play a variety of different games with each other. While raiding is our primary focus, most of our raiding team also pushes high keys (2k+) daily. We are extremely easy going and like to joke around, but we take raiding very seriously and are looking to progress quickly.

What we’re looking for:

•Reliable – if you’re going to miss, you must post in attendance on discord or message an officer 24hrs before. We realize emergencies occur, but if it’s a regular occurrence of missing or being late with little or no notice, you will be removed.

•Team player – We are a progression focused guild. This means using your utility to help a raid encounter, even if it means losing dps uptime. If you care only about your dps uptime/parses and refuse to do mechanics, this is definitely not the guild for you.

•Looking to Improve – Everyone should be looking to improve their own gameplay, whether it’s looking at logs, guides, streams, or asking for help. This also means being able to take constructive critique without personal offense.

•Sense of Humor –We want the best for our players and have found that a fun raiding environment helps prevent fatigue. We are serious during boss fights, but in between and during farm nights are when we let loose. Since we are a mature group, with mature language and topics, we are looking for raiders who are 18 years or older.
