WHO WE ARE:
Cybertron is a 10man raiding guild on Turalyon.
WHAT WE DO:
We're a social guild that likes to down content in a somewhat timely fashion. We supply all gems, enchants, flasks, pots, repairs, and food for all raiders. Constructive criticism is doled out regularly.
OUR RAID TIME:
Tuesday - 8:00PM EST - 11PM EST.
Wednesday - 8:00PM EST - 11PM EST.
Thursday - 8:00PM EST - 11PM EST.
We have a lot of alts, so we like to run them through raids on Saturday/Sunday/Monday.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
You're gemmed, specced, and reforged properly. You have extensive knowledge of your class and it's specs. You're willing to respec, regem, and reforge for certain fights if it will benefit the raid. The ability to think on your feet and adjust to things on the fly. You have the want and desire to improve and the ability to take constructive criticism. 18+ only, please.
Our Loot System:
We use a Loot Council system which consists of the Officers, GM, and two Raiders who get swapped out Bi-Weekly. The Raiders are volunteers and add to the transparency of our loot system. We want the Raiders to have a say in our loot distribution. The things we take into account when discussing loot are:
1. Performance
2. Attendance
3. Attitude
4. Biggest Upgrade
These are in no particular order, just a list of all the things we consider.
