“Late Night Pain Train” Guild

Late Night Pain Train is a mature raiding guild on Ysera. Our members are focused, and progression-minded. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and both push and encourage ourselves and other members every step of the way. It is this approach that has brought us from a starter guild to the # 1 Horde guild on the server. At the same time, we like to have fun and we have a very active social atmosphere when not raiding.

What qualities make an ideal LNPT Raider?

- Strong, consistent focus- bring 100%, 100% of the time
- Openness to constructive feedback, and subsequent application of that feedback.
- Someone who can raid all current raid nights scheduled (note: also being punctual, which means logged in, at the raid site, and ready for invites 15 minutes prior to the start of the raid).
- Coming prepared to every raid: flasks, food, pots, etc.
- A strong sense of teamwork; we are not in this for individual progression but guild progression. Anytime anyone gets a piece of gear, it strengthens the guild as a whole. We do not progress separately, but as a team.
- Common sense. We are always learning new encounters, and mistakes will be made, but paying attention goes a long way.
- The gear and experience suited to the content our guild is currently raiding.
- Respect for yourself and your guild mates.
