“AG” Guild

<AG> is a mythic progression guild on Zul’jin. Due to differing objectives and mindsets, we parted ways with our old guild to start anew. Our goal is to become one of the top 2-night raiding guilds, clearing all current content at the fastest pace possible while keeping a light schedule.

The guild is comprised of former top US raiders and players who are striving to compete at the highest level without throwing away their real life. We know when to be serious and get stuff done, but the general atmosphere is lighthearted and we have fun while raiding. However, no bull!@#$ will be tolerated, drama over any matter is not welcome within the guild.

Our current members have cleared all previous content in Legion except for Mythic Helya.


Raiding Schedule:

Required (8 hours per week):
Tuesday: 8 - 12 PM EST
Wednesday: 8 - 12 PM EST

Optional:
Sunday: 8 - Late

We handle loot with a council of officers. Gear will always be awarded in a manner that will benefit progression before anything else. However, it is very transparent and nothing is hidden from the raiders.

We do not recruit for the bench, if you are part of our roster you will see raid time to be able to prove yourself. Trial periods will usually last 4 weeks, with regular feedback about performance and general fit within the guild. The duration can obviously change depending on how the trial does.


Recruitment:

We are currently recruiting for all classes for competitive raid spots, but more specifically ranged dps.


What we look for:

‣ Players who excel in a competitive environment
‣ Players who believe that loot is a tool for progression, not a reward
‣ Players who always strive to improve their character and performance
