“Bandits United” Guild

Schedule:
-Two nights a week raid schedule, Wed/Mon 930-12 Eastern

-Scheduled M+ off nights for people to gather to complete dungeons

Hey there!

Bandits United is a guild that is made up of long time players who have been on Azeroth for the full 14 years and others who are Legion babies. A handful of our core members were original OpenRaid staff back in the Cataclysm and Mists days.

Legion was a solid expansion for our group in terms of success and growth. We saw early heroic full clears on both mains and alts each tier. In BfA we are looking to expand on that and take a step back into mythic raiding again.

As we grow we are adding some more structure to the group to facilitate new people coming on board. It is our belief that we should set clear expectations of what we expect of our raiders, and what our raiders should expect of the group. That said, before you read any further, we ask that you have a sense of humor when it comes to joking at each other’s expense and the game in general. If you are not comfortable with occasionally wiping on stuff we know already for very stupid reasons then this group is not for you. While we plan on taking our progression into mythics seriously, we are a two night a week group just looking to down a few mythic bosses while enjoying our time in the game.

Group Goals:
-Keep a consistent raid size of 20 to 22 active players.
-We will finish normal in 2 lockouts.
-We will finish heroic in 5-6 lockouts.
-Our goal is not to finish mythic, but to push into it until we hit a wall that starts to remove the fun.
-Develop an alt raid team to pick up progression in normal once we brick wall in mythic. Likely one mythic night a week and one alt until mythic is done for us, then 2 alt nights.
-Keep a relatively active M+ scene going, but requiring that everyone complete at least one relevant key a week for the M+ chest.
