Ignis
We are a casual raiding guild who currently raid on
Tuesday 8pm EST to 11pm EST
Saturday 8pm EST to 11pm EST (sometimes extending an hour if people want to)
Usually we clear normal raid in roughly 3 weeks after the raid releases then progress to heroic the rest of the time afterwards. If we have an influx of people at the beginning of a raid patch sometimes we split the raids in 2 in which case the 2nd group raid days are Thursday and Monday, 8pm to 11pm EST.
We dabble into Mythic raiding if enough people are still around after clearing heroic and the guild has always cleared heroic raids from the last few expansions. There is always a fall off of people after getting AOTC, but we don't kick anyone from the guild for taking time off if that is your prerogative.
The guild also has a handful of players that are usually doing some forms of pvp whether its RBGs or Arena.
We also run M+ keys pretty regularly in-between nights without raids, most get their keystone master in that time before the next season starts.
Although we are primarily an English speaking guild we do have a dozen or so Spanish speakers and are tolerant to both languages in both guild chat and on our discord (which you will get an invite to after being invited to the guild).
