“Nut Milk” Guild

Second Nature (Formerly Nut Milk)
Formed July 2020 with focuses on creating a strong Mythic roster for Shadowlands Raiding. We are a Semi-Hardcore environment looking for players with Mythic Raiding experience. Our guild also enjoys pushing Mythic+ and doing Arenas.

Recruitment:
Currently 4/12 M Ny'alotha (Starting progression September 2020) working to fill its roster and continue progression until Shadowlands Release. We are currently taking applicants of any class and spec; we are always willing to take a talented player regardless of their current spec preferences.
Our guild strives to provide a friendly non-toxic raiding environment. We are looking for strong, self-motivated players who expect progression as we clear content at a steady pace.

Raid Times:
Raids will be on Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday Nights from 7:30PM to 10:30PM CST. We expect players to be inside the instance and ready at 7:30PM. We Plan to cut down to 2 nights a week when Heroic is no longer needed.

Goals:
Going into Shadowlands we expect to have steady Mythic progression with a focus on obtaining Cutting Edge during the current raid tier.

Expectations:
Commitment: Members are expected to work on making sure they come to raid in the best gear they can reasonably farm through mythic + and other sources. Members will be expected to have previously research all raid fights and arrive on time to all raids.

Attendance: Members are expected to be able to attend as many raids as possible, if you do have a conflict we do understand. We expect as much notice as possible allow time to find a replacement for that raid day.

Criticism: The ability to accept constructive criticism is expected as it allows you to learn and grow as a player while increasing the overall success of the guild.
