“Washed” Guild

Our goal is to acquire cutting edge each tier on a light schedule (2 days, 6hrs/wk) while maintaining a respectable level of progression and an enjoyable raid environment. Due to our short raid week, we hold our members to incredibly high standards so we expect mistakes to be limited in both number and repetition.

Washed isn't just a group of people raiding together online, it's a guild built on friendships made throughout the years whilst enjoying a game we all play. Our members tend to be overtly friendly so anyone joining the guild should know that jesting should be taken lightly.

The vast majority of our raiders come from current or previously Top 100 guilds to raid cutting-edge content on a much lighter schedule.

Raid Times
Wednesday and Thursday
7:30PM to 10:30PM EST (server time)

Raid invites begin 15 minutes prior and raid starts precisely at 7:30PM server time.

Current Recruitment Needs
We maintain a small roster and are not recruiting for people to be backup raiders. As such, we are not particularly interested in people who come with limitations to their raid schedule. Regardless of our current needs, if you feel as though you'd make a valuable addition to our team, feel free to reach out to us as we'll always make room for exceptional players.

We are currently looking to expand our roster for 9.1 -- looking for exceptional DPS.

Our Expectations

• Individual Knowledge: Know your class inside-out and showcase that knowledge via performance. Study, understand, and analyze boss encounters. We seek players who quickly grasp the bigger picture of an encounter rather than just memorize the necessary steps to succeed.



• Performance: Go above and beyond. Perform in situations where others are counting on you to do your job and maintain a can-do attitude in the face of criticism and wipes.



• Socializing: Have a good sense a humor. A microphone is required to join, so you might as well use it once in a while.

Loot Distribution: Personal Loot (prioritized /rolls for any loot not needed by the personal loot winner.)

Required Addons: DBM or BigWigs, WeakAuras2, Exorsus Raid Tools
