Hello and welcome! First, a little bit about our guild...
We're a group of like-minded players who have played throughout WoW's various expansions, and end game content. The guild is heavily focused on PVE progression, mainly raiding, but with Mythic+ in mind as well. We're looking for raiders that have a good attitude and ability to handle mechanics, which holds more value than a higher ilvl. We believe that all mythic raiders should put in the time and effort required to raid at an acceptable level in mythic content.
With that in mind, we also understand that life outside the game is extremely important and valuable. To that end, we understand and accomodate for outside circumstances. Our goal is to create a fun environment for everyone to enjoy and be a part of. In addition we have always maintained a mature player base and skilled raider attitude. Consistency, even-temperament, drama free and dedication are paramount.
Our biggest focus towards our recruitment strategy is geared towards players that have experience in end-game content, and understand the demands of end-game mythic content. While we aren't hardcore in the demands for mythic raiders, we are looking for raiders that are willing to accept criticism, accept the fact that there is always room for improvement, and enjoy working towards cohesive raid team success. While logs and gear/armory are important factors, they are a lower metric than the aformentioned criteria. Gear can be grinded, logs can be manipulated, attitude and personality are genuine.
We raid Friday and Saturday, from 9:30 EST until 12:30 EST. We ask for 85% attendance in this group but we understand life happens. Just keep us in the loop.
